2 Sets of effort – the first CAD 80 (RPM) and the second at CAD (RPM) 90

Each set 30, 60, 90 , 120 seconds with 30 seconds recovery in between

Efforts range from RPE 6 to 7/10

Recovery sits comfortably at RPE 4/10
