intensity.
The goal is to hold the 5 minute intervals around 7-8/10 (100 to 105% FTP)
A great aerobic session ensuring your mind is doing as much work as the body

1 = Easy & 10 is Max

  • Swipe RIGHT on your ZWIFT COMPANION on the warm-up interval ( you will need Zwift Companion on your Phone iOS / Play Store )
