High Intensity Interval Training

Perfect for those who want to “get it done quickly’!

  • Each session is 10 – 30 minutes giving you a seriously effective, solid workout over a short time.
  • Sessions are designed to make you stronger, more powerful and improve both anaerobic and aerobic fitness

  • Sessions are 40 + minutes

You don’t need your own, but yes you need to have access to one.

Having a bike computer is advantageous, but not necessary as all sessions are delivered in Rate of Perceived Effort using a scale from 1 – 10

1 = Easy and 10 + Max.

Getting you RPM or Cadence from the computer is great information if your bike can show this data.

If you have a Power Meter, each session has a converter from RPE to Zones

Yes, absolutely, each session has a converter to easily convert from RPE to Zones

You don’t need a rate rate monitor for Collective On Demand sessions but it is always good to monitor your heart rate when you are training with intensity.

Collective On Demand is a web based application, so you can easily use your phone, tablet or computer.

Yes – in fact on-bike rehab is beneficial for many injuries. Whether this is remaining fit whilst an injury heals or strengthening via non-impact exercise.

Depending on the type of injury you should be guided by your Dr or Physician – but you control the intensity of the session.

Yes. If you have had no complications and have been given the ok from your doctor you are welcome to join the sessions  . Over time your bike set up will need to be adjusted to for comfort. Please be mindful of your heart rate and effort levels and it recommended not to participate in sessions with higher sweat scores in the later terms of your pregnancy.

Yes, you can move the play bar to the section of the session that you want to revisit or forward too.

Yes – you have access to all the current and previous sessions available and you can search these by using the name of the session or the session number

How to use On Demand with custom workouts in Zwift?

This one one of the original ideas for Collective On Demand & it has taken us a little while to work out the nuts and bolts of how to deploy it to you.

Once you have followed the below instructions to get the ZWO file into your Zwift install, it’s as easy and starting the audio and jumping on your bike.

We will prompt you through synching the audio track up with the ZWIFT workout, to do this :

  • Press TAB on your keyboard ( desktop / laptop )
  • Swipe RIGHT on your ZWIFT COMPANION on the warmup interval ( you will need Zwift Companion on your Phone iOS Play Store )

Custom workout Integration:.zwo filesBelow are the ways to get On Demand ZWO files ( and others), onto your device so you can synch up your audio and ZWIFT experience.

On PC and Mac, manually

Step 1: Download

First, download the.zwo fileusing the Download button (only visible for custom workouts).

Step 2: Place

Place the downloaded.zwo filein the folder found at\Documents\Zwift\Workouts\{userid}(on both Mac and Windows), where{userid}is your Zwift user id number as the folder name.

Step 3: Zwift

After opening Zwift, the new workout should now appear under Custom Workouts in the Zwift workouts screen. One exception to that is when the workout includes a category definition. In that case the workout will not appear under Custom Workouts, but in its own category. Enjoy the ride!

On iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod), manually

Step 1: Download

On your PC/Mac, download the.zwo fileusing the Download button (only visible for custom workouts).

Step 2: Use iTunes

Connect your iOS device to your computer, open iTunes and click on the device icon in the iTunes toolbar. Click on Apps in the tree on the left side to view apps on the device, scroll all the way down to File Sharing and select Zwift from the Apps list. Under Zwift Documents selectZwiftand click “Save To…”. Now open the folder in the location were it was saved on your PC/Mac and add the workout in theZwift\Workouts\{userid}folder, where{userid}is a folder with your Zwift user id number as the folder name. In iTunes, click “Add…” to add the updatedZwiftfolder and click “Replace”. iTunes will now copy the files to your iOS device.

Subscription and Account Settings

On your Profile tab click on the Membership menu, then Subscriptions. 

Scroll across and you can: Update / Change Plan / Cancel 

Your subscription at any time.

You subscription will auto renew at the end of the cycle that you chose during signup.

You can turn this off using the membership tab in your profile menu.

Choose the membership menu and you can cancel or pause your subscription there.

No, the only way is to sign up for our subscription that does include a free trial period so you can see if On Demand is for you.

Just head to On Demand front page and select the free trial button there.
