Collective OnDemand provides online education and training, including the Indoor Cycling Instructor Course. Our online course content and learning resources are delivered digitally and can be accessed online.
Course Fees
By enrolling in the Collective OnDemand Indoor Cycling Instructor Course, you agree to pay the applicable course fees and any associated payment processing fees using your selected payment method.
Where a payment plan is offered, you remain responsible for the full course fee even if you choose not to complete the course.
Your course fee includes access to the online learning materials and resources provided as part of the course.
Cooling-Off Period & Refunds
We understand that circumstances can change. A 7-day cooling-off period applies from the date of enrolment.
If you choose to cancel your enrolment within this 7-day period, you may request a refund. A $55 administration fee will be deducted from the refund to cover enrolment, course access and processing costs.
To request a cancellation and refund during the cooling-off period, you must contact Collective OnDemand in writing.
Refunds After the Cooling-Off Period
Refunds are generally not available after the 7-day cooling-off period due to immediate access being provided to our digital course content, learning materials and intellectual property.
If exceptional circumstances prevent you from completing the course, please contact Collective OnDemand to discuss your situation. Where appropriate, we may consider options such as:
Pausing your course access for an agreed period.
Transferring your enrolment to another person.
Adjusting an existing payment arrangement where this is available and can reasonably be accommodated.
Any alternative arrangement is subject to approval by Collective OnDemand.
Course Cancellation
If Collective OnDemand cancels the Indoor Cycling Instructor Course before you have accessed the online course materials, you will be entitled to a full refund of the course fees paid.
If changes are required after you have commenced the course, Collective OnDemand will communicate the available options directly with affected participants.
Course Commencement
Unless otherwise stated, your course is considered to have commenced when you are provided with access to the Collective OnDemand online learning platform and course materials.
Course Access
Your enrolment provides 12 months of access to the Indoor Cycling Instructor Course from the date of enrolment.
You are responsible for completing the course, including any required learning modules and assessments, within this 12-month access period.
At the end of the 12-month period, access to the course and associated online learning materials will expire unless an extension has been agreed to in writing by Collective OnDemand.
From time to time, Collective OnDemand may update course content, learning materials, assessments or the online learning platform to ensure the course remains current and relevant.
Where significant changes affect an enrolled participant’s ability to complete the course, Collective OnDemand will provide reasonable notice and information about the available options.
Payment Plans
If you enrol using an approved payment plan, you remain responsible for payments in accordance with the terms agreed at enrolment.
Any fees charged by third-party payment providers, including fees associated with failed or late payments, may remain payable and are subject to the terms of the relevant payment provider.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
