Weekly indoor & outdoor training sessions specifically designed for effective, efficient training to improve your Strength, Power and Endurance helping you to sail around your chosen course on April 24th

Each week , over 6 weeks from March 15th you will have On Demand access to:

  • 3 x On-Demand Audio cycle/ spin sessions plus (HIIT & SWEAT sessions)
  • 6 week cycling training program incorporating these indoor training sessions with your outdoor riding.

HIIT – the short stuff

  • 15 – 30 minutes
  • High Intensity
  • Designed to get you fitter, faster
  • Focused on anaerobic energy to improve Power, Speed & Strength

SWEAT – the longer stuff

  • 40 plus minute
  • Designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness
  • Based on aerobic energy and will improve your Endurance & Strength
  • Focused on training your body to be more efficient

Each session has a number following the sessions name – this tells you how long the session is in minutes

Each session has as Sweat Score – 1 sweat droplets is a pretty easy session, 5 Sweat droplets is a tough session>

Look out for the Zwift logo as these are sessions that will link to your smart trainer, using Zwift

Indoor sessions mixed by local Melbourne DJ’s and mastered by one of Melbourne’s top audio engineers.

Bringing you the highest standards of immersive training  for both sound and visually to feel great and ride even better

The first short introduction audio describes the training styles of the sessions, instructor language, why CAD/RPM is important and the styles of training designed to elicit targeted outcomes. Give that a quick listen before getting started.
