Cycling, Body Weight/Mobility


Training on a bike ( inside and out) lifting weights or improving mobility, I’ve been doing all of all of it, for forever. Not only do I love the tunes but especially love inspiring people to be their best and fittest self.

Motivating others comes naturally and I couldn’t be more at home than behind a microphone. But be assured, if you are doing a workout I’ve designed, I’ve done it many times to make sure its excellent
