    Hi @fraserm ,

    Are you using a laptop or TV to stream your Zwift on ?

    You don’t need the Zwift companion app to run these sessions, but you do need easy access to your

    • TAB key
    • or the App to swipe

    To sync up the audio with the zwift workout session, did you checkout the video above ?

    Session 0080 is a great one to start with and iron out any bugs
